Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: LAR 9/17/2009 35-40 lymphnodes remove all cancer free. Lots of pain from surgery. Pull thru surgery 10/11/2009 because LAR failed. This final surgery saved me from a bag for life.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 5FU no side effects Avastin no side effects Oxi could not touch or drink anything cold.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Cisplatin and 5fu 9/23/15 pump 96 hours/week 1, repeated 4th week 10/21/15 mouth sores, partial hair loss, oral thrush, dehydration, loss of potassium.

Gastrointestinal Carcinoid Tumors Symptoms: Server abdominal pain (on the right side near navel), Chills, Uncontrollable Shaking, Persistent Nausea. Went to the ER and they determined it was appendicitis.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: Had a Laparoscopic Appendectomy (Feb 6, 2015) and a Laparoscopic Right Colectomy (Mar 26, 2015). 8 inches of my colon was removed.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: June 28 - July 4. A single 1 hour mitomycin pump followed by 4 24/7 fluorouracil pump. I like to think that I got extremely lucky with side effects. Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: September 22, 2008 Removal of colon, bladder, vagina, and two ovaries. Was in the hospital for one month recovering. Major healing problem was on a wound vac for four months, had home health care. Could not eat, sit, stand, walk due to pain. Have a permanent colostomy and ileo conduit.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Completed FOLFOX 6 and 5-FU on March 8, 2010!!! Nausea Vomiting Diarrhea Constipation Late February through end of March 2009.
