Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: LAR 9/17/2009 35-40 lymphnodes remove all cancer free. Lots of pain from surgery. Pull thru surgery 10/11/2009 because LAR failed. This final surgery saved me from a bag for life.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: 5FU no side effects Avastin no side effects Oxi could not touch or drink anything cold.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: June 28 - July 4. A single 1 hour mitomycin pump followed by 4 24/7 fluorouracil pump. I like to think that I got extremely lucky with side effects. Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: September 22, 2008 Removal of colon, bladder, vagina, and two ovaries. Was in the hospital for one month recovering. Major healing problem was on a wound vac for four months, had home health care. Could not eat, sit, stand, walk due to pain. Have a permanent colostomy and ileo conduit.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Completed FOLFOX 6 and 5-FU on March 8, 2010!!! Nausea Vomiting Diarrhea Constipation Late February through end of March 2009. Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Oxaliplatin and 5-FU. Horrible tingling in hands and feet when I touch something cold. Horrible jaw pain when I first start eating something. Lingering metallic taste in mouth. Dizziness and headaches. Blurred vision. Fatigure.

Breast Cancer Symptoms: I am very very lucky - I am basically asymptomatic even as bad as my cancer is. The chemo is where I get my side effects and I really cannot complain much about that - yet.
Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects: too many surgeries. Since my recent diagnosis Feb 2, 2010 I have not had any surgeries. Nothing left to remove.
Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects: Still in treatment with no end in sight. My port is my best friend even if it sticks out of my sub-clavicle like an alien.
